FAM JAM KICKS OFF SUMMER
What an unforgettable day and night! We soared to new heights this year, drawing in an incredible crowd and raising over $1 million. Families and friends got together to join this years Fam Jam in memory of Penny Doerge's legacy. It was a celebration of light and positively that was empowering to be a part of. Â
Families, friends, and supporters from across the country gathered for a day filled with music, food and games — all united by one powerful mission: to fuel hope and research through Penny’s Flight. Our main performer, Dawes, was opened by rising talent Karina Rykman, who brought the energy. The night concluded with Talib Kweli and his thrilling DJ set that brought the crowd to their feet. The energy was electric, the weather perfect, and the community spirit stronger than ever.
Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of donors and attendees, Penny’s Flight Foundation can continue expanding its reach and supporting groundbreaking research efforts — a true testament to what we can achieve when we rally together. We had a total of nine food trucks at the event all from supportive businesses supporting our mission! With the help of our generous donors and amazing volunteers, we were able to have ten different themed tents including merchandise, candy shops, and jewelry making.Â

This summer, Lilly Pulitzer hosted several in-store events in summer communities Mash-pee, Nantucket, Watch Hill, and Greenwich, CT. Each event was buzzing with energy, vibrant prints, and a powerful purpose.
Our newest PFF medical intern, Kristyn Stoya, did an amazing job of hosting the event at the Mashpee location! Her smile welcomed many Lilly shoppers looking to contribute and show their support for Penny's Flight!Â

That means every single dollar donated during our Donor Match Challenge was doubled — turning your $5 into $10, your $50 into $100, and your support into something even more powerful.
We managed to hit the donors match of $100K during the month of July!!!
We encouraged everyone to skip their coffee and pledge $5, and the response was overwhelming. It’s proof that even the smallest gifts, when matched, can create a huge ripple effect. Every dollar raised goes directly toward funding life-changing research and supporting families impacted by rare pediatric diseases.
