The butterfly effect is a phenomenon in which a tiny event, like the flap of a butterfly’s wings, can result in a profound and far-reaching shift in circumstances. Through Penny’s story and bright light, the Penny's Flight Foundation aims to expand knowledge around NF, while inspiring others to find beauty in imperfection, positivity in the face of challenge, and faith over fear. As our community has continued to grow, there are now over 100 chapters all across the country that bring joy to each corner of the world. 

With each year, the possibility of greater change grows stronger, and Penny’s Flight gets closer to its goal. Schools everywhere participated in events such as “Play for Penny”, “Pucks for Penny”, “Flowers for Flight”, “Popcorn for Penny”, and many more. The amazing turnout we receive from these events demonstrates the impact our chapters can have!

Through events, social media campaigns, and fundraising, our chapters empower young people to join the fight against NF. Together, we build a supportive community, spread awareness, and we will #ENDNF.
